I’ve led global platform migrations (like Greenhouse to Workday), delivered six-figure cost savings through architectural redesign, and driven digital transformation across SaaS, aerospace, and engineering sectors. Aduro Advisors | 2025

At Aduro Advisors, I established the company’s first Enterprise Architecture function, AI strategy, and structured PMO, creating the frameworks and governance models that unified technology, process, and people across the organization. Recognized as a trusted advisor to executives, I translated technical complexity into clear strategies that fostered alignment across IT, Product, Client Services, HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations.

I architected a cohesive systems landscape and governance model that enhanced transparency, reduced inefficiencies, and aligned technology investments with long-term business goals. Alongside this, I developed enterprise technology roadmaps spanning core business platforms, ensuring scalability and clarity as the organization continued to grow.

Leading the company’s early AI transformation efforts, I defined automation priorities, compliance guardrails, and analytics standards to enable responsible innovation. I also conducted enterprise-level risk assessments and identity management evaluations, strengthening governance and security across global operations.

Partnering closely with leaders across Product, IT, Offshoring, HR, and Client Services, I built the connective infrastructure that positioned Aduro for sustainable, data-driven growth.

People Technology & Enterprise Apps

LiveRamp, Inc | 2022 - 2025

At LiveRamp, I directed enterprise-wide technology initiatives that drove six-figure annual savings and improved operational performance across global teams in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC. As the strategic owner of the enterprise roadmap for internal systems, I aligned platform decisions with organizational priorities spanning workforce planning, business operations, compliance, and analytics. I led cross-functional automation efforts that enhanced system integrity, reduced friction across workflows, and improved the experience for users and stakeholders at every level.

Operating within a fast-paced Agile environment, I oversaw sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative releases—ensuring delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions. I collaborated closely with executive leadership and stakeholders across HR, Finance, Engineering, and IT to translate business objectives into actionable system strategies, while managing a globally distributed team of technology specialists focused on delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.

I also led the development of our internal AI strategy—creating governance models, policy documentation, and training initiatives that supported responsible innovation across the enterprise. In parallel, I ensured our systems and processes remained aligned with global compliance frameworks, including GDPR, SOX, and ISO 27001, helping mitigate risk while enabling operational agility.

In addition to leading technology execution, I conducted enterprise assessments to identify performance and governance gaps, guided the redesign of roles and reporting structures, and strengthened internal alignment. As a systems architect and strategic operator, I bring clarity, cohesion, and momentum to every phase of transformation—from vision-setting to implementation and beyond.

Business Systems & IT Project Manager

American Rail Engineers Corp. | 2016 - 2022

At American Rail Engineers, I led enterprise transformation at the intersection of technology, operations and organizational design. Reporting directly to the CFO, I built and scaled cross functional frameworks that connected Finance, HR and Engineering during a period of rapid growth and post merger integration with AirShark.

I managed the full migration from Salesforce, Microsoft and QuickBooks Online into an all-in-one Deltek ERP system through a structured rollout grounded in analysis, planning and change management. The transition unified Finance, HR, Sales, Engineering and UAV project data while improving performance and cross functional visibility.

Alongside this I managed more than two terabytes of engineering and GIS data while maintaining internal servers and overseeing the company’s MSP which provisioned laptops, secured endpoints and supported network stability. These efforts ensured data integrity, compliance and uninterrupted operations across distributed teams.

Developed company wide governance practices, vendor procurement standards and compliance frameworks in alignment with my responsibilities as the company’s DISA Designated Employer Representative, ensuring FAA and FRA regulatory compliance for all engineers and UAV pilots.

Worked with executives to develop dashboards that unified HR, Finance and Engineering performance metrics to strengthen planning, utilization and revenue forecasting. Together we identified structural misalignments, clarified system ownership and redesigned roles, reporting lines and governance practices to create a foundation for scale, accountability and sustainable growth.

Staff Accountant & HR Manager (Consulting)

Mavenlink | 2015 - 2016

At Mavenlink, I led the enterprise-wide implementation and administration of ADP during the organization’s transition from a legacy HRIS platform—strengthening payroll operations, streamlining benefits administration, and reinforcing HR compliance infrastructure. In parallel, I managed core financial processes, including invoicing, subscription billing, and deferred revenue schedules, to support financial reporting accuracy and recurring revenue forecasting.

In addition to systems and finance responsibilities, I directly oversaw employee relations for a workforce of over 1,500—ensuring timely resolution of workplace issues, maintaining policy alignment, and reinforcing a culture of accountability and support during a period of rapid organizational growth.

Manager, Internal Services (Consulting)

Toca Football | 2016

At TOCA Football, I partnered closely with the CEO and CFO to architect the internal operations strategy during a pivotal stage of startup growth. Reporting to and advising the executive team, I played a strategic role in designing foundational systems and operational frameworks across Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Inventory—ensuring business alignment, cross-functional cohesion, and readiness for scale.

I implemented enterprise tools and policy frameworks that balanced the company’s entrepreneurial pace with long-term operational integrity. This included configuring Salesforce to streamline sales processes, administering SHRM-aligned HR programs through Insperity, and creating scalable workflows to support employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and onboarding. I also developed internal policies and data governance standards to support operational transparency, accountability, and early-stage compliance.

In addition to systems design and policy leadership, I managed a 20-person team across exempt and non-exempt roles, and streamlined accounting operations in QuickBooks Online—overseeing invoicing, journal entries, credit card reconciliation, and expense reporting. My work laid the foundation for a culture of clarity, accountability, and sustainable innovation.
